Sushi For One, Two or More

Anita and I didn't feel like cooking last night and as we were picking up some really great wine buys at the Grass Valley Safeway, we sidled over to the sushi counter and picked up a container of freshly made. Anita served it for our dinner and was so impressed with how it plated that she decided to take some photos. California Roll, Salmon and Fresh Water Eel with Soy Sauce and wasabi and thin slices of ginger. Surprisingly fresh and delicious. If you are near a Safeway, try it; I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised.
