Every season I like to look to nature for some interesting table decorations. The squash always provide intriguing, critter-like shapes that we love to anthropomorphize about. I added some pumpkins and candles and here is our table top for the season. Fall is definitely in the air here in northern California, we even had a rain storm last week. The mornings are cool and crisp and the leaves are full of vibrant colors. It's a beautiful time of year! We like to cook meals according to the season as well. We'll be posting lots of good comfort food.
